Drew is a co-founder of Avery Capital Advisors and also the founder of Butler Global Partners LLC. Previously, in London and New York, he served as Vice President responsible for the due diligence of private equity real estate and infrastructure funds at First Avenue Partners, an independent placement agent. Prior, he worked in the Real Estate Group of New York Life Investments, where he managed portfolios of private equity and community investment funds. Earlier, Drew worked with Richman Asset Management in Greenwich and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management in New York.

Drew holds a B.A. in Spanish from Cornell University, a M.Sc. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, and an M.Sc. in Regional & Urban Planning from London School of Economics. While attending LSE, he was selected to serve as a Researcher for UK Parliament and also served on committees for the Affordable Housing Investor Council, ANREV, the Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce and the Urban Land Institute, where he is a regular contributor to the Urban Land Magazine.
